Kristina graduated from the University of New Brunswick (2013) with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then continued on to complete her diploma in osteopathic manual practice at the Canadian College of Osteopathy (2020). Kristina enjoys treating all ages from a few days old to 100+ years old. She treats a variety of conditions including pain She has a special interest in working with the paediatric population, including newborns.
Kristina participates in Crossfit in her free time and also enjoys playing soccer, hockey, or any other team sport. You'll often find her looking for her next adventure whether that's a flight across the globe or a picnic in the park. Kristina enjoys relaxing by cuddling up with her yellow lab named Gus.

Kaitlin began her education at Acadia University where she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours in 2015. She continued her education at Dalhousie University completing a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2017. Following her graduation, she moved to St. John's Newfoundland to work at the NL Balance and Dizziness Center focusing her practice on vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. She has furthered her education completing multiple courses in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, acupuncture, dry needling, TMJ dysfunction, and multiple courses on the cervical spine. Kaitlin also enjoys treating a variety of conditions including orthopaedics (pain, arthritis, sports injuries, etc.).
When not at work, Kaitlin enjoys being active through Crossfit or any outdoor activity including hiking, swimming, golfing, kayaking, running, etc. Kaitlin enjoys relaxing by working on her next craft which can include knitting, cross-stitching, quilting, or sewing.
